The Complete LinesforLifts Service
A purpose-built emergency call path for lifts
The LinesforLifts Service includes a compact voice gateway installed in or near the lift control panel. It replaces the copper phone line with a modern, managed connection that monitoring centres already accept.
How it works
Lift-Line installs alongside the lift controller
Copper is replaced with 4G/VoLTE or VoIP/SIP
Emergency calls route directly to the monitoring centre
Calls are live, logged, and auditable
The passenger presses the help button. A human answers. Exactly as required.
No IT involvement required
Lift-Line is fully self-contained:
No LAN connection
No corporate IT access
No security or network intrusion
Designed for lift environments
Lift-Line is not adapted office hardware. It is engineered specifically for elevator use:
Resistant to electrical noise and RF shielding
Designed for tight control-panel spaces
Stable in lift shafts and plant rooms
Built for scale & maintenance
Remote visibility of call readiness
Registration and status checks without triggering panic calls
Saves hours during inspection and servicing cycles
Power backup included
In the event of a mains failure, Lift-Line continues operating for 6–8 hours, ensuring emergency calls remain available when they are needed most.
Replace copper. Not compliance.
If your lift emergency phones still rely on copper lines, now is the time to act!
