The Lift Sentinel Service includes industrial-grade hardware installed in or near the lift control panel. It replaces the copper phone line with a modern, managed connection that monitoring centres already accept.
The solution is EN81-28 & AS1735 compliant with dynamic diagnostics and failover protection
How it works
Lift-Line installs alongside the lift controller
Copper is replaced with 4G/VoLTE or VoIP/SIP
Emergency calls route directly to the monitoring centre
Calls are live, logged, and RECORDED with copies emailed to the response centre
The passenger presses the help button. A human answers. Exactly as required.
